What if I lose my tickets?
If you lose your subscription tickets, PlayMakers will replace them at NO CHARGE. Just call or come by the Box Office and duplicate tickets will be issued. Once these have been issued, the original tickets are invalid.
Who goes to PlayMakers?
Expect a diverse crowd, including college students, faculty, staff, and members of the Chapel Hill, Durham, and Hillsborough communities.
What should I wear?
Dress at PlayMakers is casual with the exception of Opening Night Gala events, where the dress is more formal.
What is this “Opening Night” business anyway?
Opening Night refers to the opening performance of a production which is then followed by a gala reception including wine and hors 'deuvors. Anyone can purchase an opening night ticket which includes an invitation to the gala.
As a subscriber, can I buy extra tickets?
As a subscriber benefit, you receive a $2.50 discount off the single ticket price for each additional single ticket you purchase for friends or colleagues (limit 4 per show). Not valid with any other discount or on Tuesdays.
What if I am late to the show?
If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be seated at the management’s discretion during an appropriate break in the action. Please do not seat yourself. We appreciate your cooperation!
What if I have an emergency?
We strongly discourage patrons from leaving their seats during a performance. However, if an emergency arises, we request that patrons who must leave do so through the exits at the far sides of the theatre and immediately tell the House Manager in the lobby. Please do not exit through the center, as actors often use this exit during the performance. For safety reasons, patrons will be reseated at the discretion of the management.
Can I bring my child to the theatre?
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of five. Children must sit in purchased seats; we cannot allow lap sitting.

FYI
Please turn off all cell phones, beepers, pagers or alarms prior to the performance. The use of laptops during the performance is not permitted. Also, photography is strictly prohibited in the Paul Green Theatre. Thank you for your cooperation.
