Disability Services
PlayMakers offers wheelchair accessible seating and assisted listening devices at all of our performances. Additionally, to ensure that PlayMakers' programming is as inclusive as possible, we also have special All-Access performances.
What are All-Access performances?
PlayMakers selects one Mainstage performance per production dedicated to ensuring that people with disabilities have equal access to the arts. PlayMakers achieves this by employing: sign language interpretation for patrons who are hard of hearing or deaf; assisted listening devices for patrons with partial hearing loss; audio description, Braille playbills, large print playbills, and a tactile tour* for patrons with impaired vision; and wheelchair access.
SPECIAL OFFER
Never attended a PlayMakers All-Access performance? We want you to experience what you've been missing! So that our patrons with disabilities can become familiar with the accessibility services, PlayMakers offers first time users of the services a buy-one-get-one-free discount.
