PlayMakers Ball

The PlayMakers Ball, held at the historic Carolina Inn, is the annual fundraising gala for PlayMakers Repertory Company. The 2008 theme was "Anything Goes! A Tribute to the Great American Songbook." A black-tie affair, the ball featured an award ceremony honoring Billy Crudup, the 2008 Ball Recipient, followed by dining and dancing to the music of the Peter Duchin Orchestra. Proceeds from the event underwrite production costs and artist salaries for the nonprofit theatre.

Evenings at PlayMakers

Make your visit to PlayMakers an event to remember. In addition to seeing an outstanding performance, groups can have an onsite pre- or post-show reception, a discussion with artistic staff, or a backstage tour. Weï¿½re also happy to host guest speakers and events that are not connected to a specific production (time and space permitting). We're eager to answer your questions and make PlayMakers the best event your group has ever had!
