April 25 - 29, 2012 Evenings at 7:30pm; Matinee at 2:00pm
A woman's ex-husband re-appears after 20 years, suffering from brain damage. A veteran of modern war, he doesn't know who he is. She doesn't know who he's become. She reads aloud from The Odyssey and in the journey of Homer’s masterpiece, she finds a way into her former husband's memory through the terror and trauma of war. Performed to the live accompaniment of a string quartet, with a score hailed in 2010 year-end “best” lists from National Public Radio to Indie Rock Magazine.
"Mesmerizing, lush, evocative, and deeply moving" - Time Out New York
