Actor: 08-09: Antiochus/Simonides/Pandar in Pericles, Mr. Bennett in Pride and Prejudice.  Last season: Baron van Swieten in Amadeus, Father Flynn in Doubt and Capulet in Romeo and Juliet.  Jeffrey also appeared as Matamore, the Lunatic in the The Illusion, directed by Joseph Haj, and Cohen with a ‘K’ in The Underpants, directed by Gene Saks. Favorite productions from 13 seasons with PlayMakers include Arcadia, Cyrano de Bergerac, King Lear, Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde, The Threepenny Opera, The Laramie Project, Uncle Vanya, Side Man, Wit, The Beauty Queen of Leenane and Hobson’s Choice.

Education/Other: Carbonell Award nominations for “Best Supporting Actor” for Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Falsettoland at the Caldwell Theatre Company. Jeffrey studied in New York with Uta Hagen and Austin Pendleton at HB Studios and holds an MFA from the Professional Actor Training Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. A member of Actors’ Equity Association and Screen Actors Guild, he is a PlayMakers company member and serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Dramatic Art.
